Reducing Pollution With A Water Fueled Car
The paper gives news of the increase in the value of crude oil every now and then. In fact, with the recent increases in the rates of crude oil, many people are worried for this trend continuing for some time in the future.
This will not be surprising, if you consider the fact that there is lots of tension between world powers like United States and the world producers of crude oil like Iran. It is the consumer who suffers in the process as the rising fuel costs will pinch their pockets. This is why people are now looking for alternate fuels for cars, and one such alternative is water.
Using water as a fuel is something surprising but possible
It may seem impossible to use water as a fuel source. However with modern technology; it is actually possible to use water as an alternative fuel. There are also some people using biofuel for fueling their cars, as an alternative and new fuel. However this is not a new technology as this biofuel has been around for more than 5 decades, where you find that there are still many old cars from that era still running on peanut oil.
In science, this technology where water is converted into fuel is called the Deuterium Project. Though research for this project has been going on for more than 20 years; it has not reached its target so far. This is why these scientists all have yet to commercialize this method of converting water into fuel.
Using water as fuel may affect the economy of different countries
The main reason scientists are reluctant in commercializing the conversion of water into fuel is because there are many countries in the world that are dependant on crude oil for income in their country. So once water is used for fueling cars, the consumption and demand for their fuel reduces. Along with this, the national income of these countries is affected greatly.
Basically, there is not much to be done to alter your engine so that your car can move on water. There are only a few alterations that have to be done to the car, which are cheap and low in cost. However though these minor alterations are sufficient to provide energy for the running of a car, larger vehicles like vans will need some professional knowledge for the vehicle to run on water.
Water run vehicles result in environmentally friendly vehicles
In addition to this, when you use water as a fuel for your vehicle, the resultant fumes are non pollutive. This in turn reduces pollution in the environment and makes your car an environmentally friendly car.
So all this proves that using water as an alternative fuel for your cars is not a dream but instead is reality. With water used as fuel for your car, not only is your fuel costs reduced, you find that the air that you breathe is much cleaner and fresher to breathe.
